Parking costs were excessive!!! The carpets in my room were peeling, adding to the outdated aesthetic!!! Plus, the TV didn’t allow for casting my own content, which was inconvenient during downtime!!!

The private onsen room was a real gem, and the massage my wife got was top-notch and well-priced. Relaxing in the onsen and enjoying the buffet breakfast were the perfect ways to start our day. The only downside was that the decor felt a bit dated, but honestly, you can't beat the price for such a nice stay! 😊

My stay at Grand Park Otaru was delightful. The spacious hallways and thoughtfully designed areas, complete with easy access to the nearby shopping mall and train station, made my experience very enjoyable, especially as a senior traveler.

More English-speaking staff would enhance the experience.

Room accessibility from the mall could be confusing at first, but overall, it's a reliable choice for convenience and comfort after a day of activities.

The hotel was super convenient, right above shopping and food options. We enjoyed the beautiful mountain views and found the staff friendly. We hit up the local golf club and took a ferry ride, both were awesome. The breakfast spread was a highlight for us with so many options!
